Even though I ordered what was pictured on the form "exotic" after I paid the confirmation showed the coffee color. I immediately emailed them and called the next day to say it was the wrong color and support told me they would take care of it. They didn't. Before the 24 hrs was up I asked if I should cancel and reorder but support said they would handle it. Then they insisted that there was nothing they could do once the order was placed, when there policy says you can stop an order up until it is shipped. So now the purse arrived in the wrong color. Do I send it back? If I try to order the color I want, how do I know I will get it?
Loved this bag the minute I saw it online. The colors are vibrant and the leather is beautiful. Almost bought both but I have so many brown bags lol. I have only ONE complaint and that is the packaging. I wish the bag had come stuffed and boxed instead of folded! The sides were so creased and flattened! I stuffed the bag with paper from other bags, even used old, soft t-shirts, stuffed the bag to the max and hung it up, hoping that would help, but it hasn't..at least not yet. That aside, I do love the bag but a little leery about purchasing any others :(
