feel's cheap and has a high-gloss (plastic) look.

Cheap feel. Does not feel like genuine leather. Also, the finish is much higher gloss than in the photos which gives it a plastic look. Not the quality that I was expecting.

Good Product

I was in the market for a nice laptop bag and found this one on Crocodile Wear and decided to purchase it. The price point and quality of the product was great. However, the communications or the lack thereof was terrible. The Tracking showed the item as shipped for over (4) wks and was still in Jamaica NY; upon engaging the very general email provided it would be days before I would have the same update. The product has shipped but when I attempted to track it, it was still in Jamaica NY. I FINALLY received the Laptop Bag several weeks later. Not sure I'm willing to endure this again.
