Great product. Great service, packaging could be better

I am completely satisfied with my order, products, and processes. The shoes were packaged in a bag instead of a box. Boxes would protect the product more especially with international shipments that takes 2 to 4 weeks. Soft leather shoes can be reshaped by stuffing, so the items were not damaged.
