You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Crocodilewear gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Please note returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All final sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Returned items should be in the same condition you received them – unworn, unused, and with all the original tags and packaging intact.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued as crocodilewear gift card.
