How can I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting www.crocodilewear.com/track. Enter your order number and email address to view the current status of your shipment.

When will my order's tracking information be available?

Tracking information is typically available within 1-5 business days after placing your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.


How long does it take to ship my order?

Most orders are processed within 2-7 working days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a separate email stating the order has been shipped.

Orders typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

How long does it typically take for an order to be delivered?

Delivery times vary depending on processing time and region; however, Standard delivery typically takes 14-20 days or 2-3 weeks.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. If you are not able to checkout please contact support@crocodilewear.com

Do you offer overnight shipping?

We aren’t able to offer overnight shipping because most of our products are shipped from overseas directly from our suppliers. Our shipping times are 2-4 weeks. If you need the product by a specific date, please leave a note during checkout and we will contact you if we aren’t able to deliver the product by this date.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
