Exchange Was Smooth

When I received my ordered pair, they were a half size too small and I didn’t particularly like the color. I followed their instructions for an exchange, to black, in the proper size. I received the new ones yesterday. The process was smooth as silk.

Fantastic product

A little different than what I expected!

The quality of the shoes is excellent. Although, the yellow and brown colors in the advertisement (which I wanted) are missing in the actual all-brown color delivered.
