Poor quality made shoes

I truly regret buying two pair of shoes from your business. The pictures on your website are not close ,(anything remotely close to what this shoes are).
The material stink so much that after opened the shoe box , I had to put the shoes outside the house. The shoe is made of the worse synthetic plastic.
Deceive is tithe best word that I can used to describe both pair of shoes.
I am in the process of sending both boots back.
I hope you return my money to my credit card.
