The shoes were not black they had brown mixed with the black. Definitely not what I order. Also The quality of the shipping was poor. The shoes looked like something you would purchase out of a beauty supply store.

Both pairs of shoes are not the heel height that I ordered. I'm very disappointed. Especially being that I'm a regular customer

You sent me the wrong color the heel is brown not black. I have ordered this heel before so I don’t know if I want to purchase from you if you can’t send me what I ordered. If I didn’t need the heels, I would have sent them back and giving you a bad review and you thinking that this is satisfactory. I will send you photo showing you sent me the wrong color heels.
