Bad experience

You guys sent me the wrong style and the wrong size I requested a 9 and you sent me a size 12 , I am not pleased at all!!!!

Awesome pair of boots

They are a bit shinier in the product photo, but I’m sure I can get them to look like that with some good polish. Shipping took a long time to get them over to California, but they are worth the wait. Very nice and already got compliments on them.

Sizing is very odd and unreliable.

I ordered a size 8, but the inside feels as though they are a size 9 or 10, I had to add extra padding and a heel pad so they are a better fit. Besides that they are cool looking shoes that are decently manufactured.
