Cute Shoes. Nonexistent Customer Service.

Love the shoes, but they run extremely small. Tried to reach out the day I received them to find out how I do an exchange, it’s been over a week and I haven’t received anything back. Looking like I’m stuck with very cute, very expensive shoes that I can’t wear.
