NEVER AGAIN !!

Ordered a purse as a Christmas gift at the end of October. Order was processed and was given a delivery date of December 13-23. Tracking # was assigned and I was able to watch it arrive 14 times and depart twice from their shipping partner and never move one inch. Customer service was useless at best, basically non existant. It wasn't until I cancelled my order that it magically started to move and showed up within a week. Three weeks after Christmas. I will NEVER order from here again!
