Mixed feelings

My bag arrived within a reasonable time, although later than I was told it would be,
The packaging for shipping was the best I have ever seen. Simply fantastic.
Once I opened the package that's where my disappointment came. The zipper pulls were NOT the nice metal ones clearly shown in the picture, but rather a thin loop of leather fabric, which is bound to tear after some number of uses. :(
That is very disappointing. The quality of the construction looks good and I look forward to putting it to use.
I doubt I will make any future purchases from this company because when I can't expect to receive exactly what was advertised, I get nervous since I don't know if the differences will be acceptable of not.
