Zero Communication

I ordered these shoes back on January 19th. I had read that shipping can take some time, however I was not expecting it to take as long as it did. The shoes finally arrived on March 3rd. The site says shipping typically typically takes 2-3 weeks.

When 2 weeks rolled by and there was no indication that things were moving, I reached out. No response back. At 3 weeks I reached out again, no response. I reached out one more time and still no response. Finally I got notification that my order was ready to ship at the 5 week mark, the shoes arrived 6 weeks after ordering them. I never once heard directly from a representative of the company.

They sent the correct order, they appear exactly as they did online, only they have an extremely strong chemical/vapor odor to them that I am hoping will dissipate over a few days.

Aside from the odor, I am fairly happy with the shoes themselves but the company is not one I'll choose to do business with again simply due to the fact that shipping was atrocious and no one ever replied back to my initial inquiry.

My son loved this shoes and how fancy they arrived.
