Happy but sad.

Some beautiful boots but it's too big on me I am a size 7 and 1/2 but they feel like a eight and I have no way of sending it back the packaging was horrible for a beautiful boots I would like to exchange it but have no address to send it tolike to exchange it but I have no address to send it to
