Beautiful Shoes, but Extremely Poor Delivery Service.

I recently ordered a pair of shoes for my wife's birthday, and I must say that the shoes themselves are stunning. They look exactly as they did on the website, and the quality is impressive.

However, my experience with the delivery service was utterly disappointing. I was told that the delivery would take ten business days, but the shoes didn't arrive until January 4th, 2025, despite placing the order on November 22nd, 2024. This is unacceptable, especially considering that the birthday had already passed.

To make matters worse, I had a similar experience with another order I placed for my uncle's birthday, which is a week after my wife's. The poor delivery system left a bad taste in my mouth.

While the shoes are beautiful, the company's delivery service needs significant improvement. If you're considering ordering from this company, be prepared for lengthy delays.
