Not true to size, sizing runs larger

The shoes quality is I would honestly say great, but the shoe sizing is questionable, I think the sizing is not true to size I got a size 8 / 41 in euro which I receive but its quite big for my foot which is unusual to happen, and I’ve been trying tk contact the seller to return/change the size but Im still waiting for a response…
