Love this clutch purse its soft and beautiful.

I purchased a purse for my wife as a Christmas gift. Once I received it I wrapped it up and put it aside until Christmas. During the holiday she ended up hospitalized and as a result we did not exchange gifts until several days after Christmas. When she saw the purse she felt that it was too big and asked if I could exchange it for a smaller one. When I inquired about an exchange I was informed that it was past the 30 day exchange period. I can't remember now if it was by 1 or 2 days but either way they were not willing to make an exception so I just let her select a replacement and purchased it. Both purses are of nice quality and we had no issues with deliveries but I did expect better customer service. Lesson learned, if you are buying as a gift from Crocodile Wear make sure you don't buy too far in advance. 😕
