I can not get anyone to respond. The handbag and the wallet have a horrid chemical smell. I asked for a replacement and was told that they could not guarantee that the replacement would not have the chemical smell. I asked if I returned the items would I get my money back. I'm still waiting for a response. This is a terrible company with even worse customer service. I thin my next step is creating a complaint with the BBB.

I’m weird and keep two wallets: one with all my important cards with ID, and one with everything else. This is the perfect everything else wallet: cards, check book, bills and coins, all in this bad boy. With it, I am all set, and it gets lots of compliments too.
