We do not provide cash refunds.We will accept returns for store credit within 30 days from the delivery date. Item(s) must be returned in original condition and unused/worn. The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Crocodilewear gift card. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) then repurchase the new item(s).

You may cancel your order if your order has not shipped.

If the item has shipped, you must return it through the return portal. Please contact customer support to cancel an order.
