Horrible experience

Boots were mailed in a taped up shoebox that was damaged so badly that I can't even gift them in the box. I expected a much better quality of a boot but they were damaged as well (the metal tip), which could have been a result of the poor packaging or lack there of. In the future, the experience might have been better had it been delivered inside of a bigger box. I have requested information on the return and refund policy
