One month until shoes arrive & non existent communication

It took over a month for my shoes to arrive. I consistently tracked the shoes and there were constant no updates. I’m convinced they are created and shipped from out of the country. Which is fine, it should’ve just been communicated.. speaking of communication. Customer service is like non existent. I won’t order again . If you do order, order two months before you actually need your item.
