Finally: Green Boots

I've been looking for green boots for ages and these seemed to fit the bill perfectly. They are beautiful although I'm not 100% convinced they are actually leather (they are made in China.) There are a couple of paint blemishes in the leather that bother me (not leather variations; a drip mark and some other imperfections that seem more like mistakes than otherwise but I still love them. Nowhere that I can see are they marked as real leather.
I'm not crazy about the bright red piping around the sole, nor the rainbow stitching; I'd rather have black or green to match the rest of the boot. But I love the newsprint detail on the side panels (again, not convinced it's leather but it looks good) and not sure the heels, which seem to be unsealed/unfinished wood, will hold up over time.
But again, I still love them. I hope they last, are actually leather, and don't fall apart because they were very expensive. Did I mention that I love them? They are beautiful and everyone is complimenting me already.
